Sponsorship Conditions and Policy for ARF2023

Please note that all sponsorship payments are non-refundable. Sponsors are advised to carefully review the conditions outlined below before making a commitment.

Sponsors will be provided with designated space for exhibiting their products and services. The allocation of space will be determined by the event organizers.

Platinum sponsors will receive two complimentary pages for presenting their company profile in the Catalogue of Exhibitors. Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors will have their company name and logo included.

Your sponsorship will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment and a signed agreement form.

The logotype of the sponsor will be prominently displayed on festival bags, which will be distributed to all participants.

Sponsors will have the opportunity to deliver a 5-minute speech during the festival. The schedule and platform for speeches will be coordinated with the event organizers.
